Disney Cruise Sprucin' Up the Ship Pin

Sprucin' up the ship pin (pinpics #11525)...is this available on the ships still or was this for the cruise pin event only? I have a friend going soon who is willing to pick this up for me but I'm not sure if it's an still available or was only for the 3 day cruise. Thanks for any help.
