Disney Cruise Silver Early Booking Online?

Hi All,

I think that early booking is open for Silver CC members. I thought you were supposed to be able to book online, but it is not showing online as available to book. Is anyone else having the same issue?

You have to log in twice to get it to 'stick.' Once you log in, navigate to Castaway Club or My Reservations. That'll prompt you to log in again, which should 'take' this time. The website has also been having issues this morning, so if the above trick doesn't work, you might have to call (or wait for the website issues to resolve).

This ^^^. But if you do choose to call, be prepared for VERY long waits. I'm currently at 5 hours and 21 minutes.

I had to clear my history/cookies for the website to work. In google chrome, you can just delete browsing data for a specific period of time.

It was a disaster booking online this morning, but in the end we got through... and got our cruise booked!

Definitely super glitchy this morning. Website crashed after I hit the button to pay the deposit. Didn’t know if I got it until I got my email confirmation.

Any name changes on the account? That happened to me. I had changed my last name on my Disney account, but it hadn't connected to my CC account.

I don’t think so. I can log in to my castaway club account, but then the booking button is greyed out as coming soon.

We are gold and I can't book online so I called and booked. We are now considering a different cabin category and I can log in and see my cruise online but it won't let me modify our room. Is this because we booked with a placeholder?
