Could anyone please tell me if I should expect to receive anything in the post from DCL, prior to my cruise? Also, I need to book ground transfers (resort-port/port-resort)- do I need to call DCL to book these?

Just had a quick look, don't see a way of adding transfers to our reservation so I assume you have to ring.

We received our cruise docs last week for August 21st sailing, not much in them these days as you do it all online, just a little booklet and luggage labels.

You forgot to mention that you also get the added excitement of a FedEx delivery van pulling up outside your home to deliver them!

Or if you are out the 30 mile round trip to go collect them:mad:
I wish they would go back to UPS, their office is just down the road or use an envelope that can be posted thru the letterbox.

Oh yes, got to love the arrival of the FedEx van arriving ::yes:: Hopefully he'll be here in a couple of weeks with my docs :)

If the cruise is already booked you have to call to add the transfers - if its a new booking you can do it on line at the time of booking.

Not sure how many are in your party but FYI

Disney transfers for 4 is about $280 (on a coach)

We have a town car booked for $260 plus tips (return journey)

Thanks Helen. It's only DBF and me, so it makes sense to get the Disney transfers. :)

Just to say, I got transfers added by using the Contact Us option at the bottom of the website so no need to call. Just gave them the details of what I needed and they sorted it.

As said, Fedex deliver the documentation. Also if you have 2 different addresses in your party I think you still get seperate documents.

Cruise transfers are $35 PP each way if booked with DCL.
