Disney Cruise Line Discounts?

Does anybody have any details regarding the discount the CPs get for the cruise line? Do you have to be a current CM while cruising to maintain the discount?

I don't know how much of a discount you get, but yes you do have to be a current CM. They have the short 3 day cruises you can do without a problem though!
