Disney cruise gift baskets

Hi guys

I know this post should probably go in the cruise forum, but I was after a UK point of view. Wondered if anyone had pre-ordered a gift basket for their stateroom on a Disney cruise, and if so, where I can find an easy to use site with prices and a comprehensive list of things available. As it is our anniversary trip, I thought it might be nice to surprise my hubby with some chocolate and beer and other fun things!

You can do this on the disney cruise line site. I want to do this on our next trip, will see if my travel agent can do it or i will ring the disney cruise line and order it myself. Ifr you go onto their web site you will see all the things you can order, chocs wine, decorations ect.

Save your money and go with Shirley instead . She runs the Perfect Gift in Cocoa Beach and will make these amazing baskets - do a search on the cruise boards and you will get her number. Once you have made the initial contact I am sure she would be happy to get most of the details via email to cut down phone charges.

Hi,
Not sure how far your budget will stretch but on our cruise last Christmas I surprised my better half with the Romantic Escape at Sea package. It cost $339 per couple and includes a gift package (Champagne,chocolates etc) massages at the spa, dinner at Palo followed by a romantic turn service and a champagne breakfast in the room. One great bonus is you get to pre-book your Palo dinner reservation plus any others you might want (brunch or high tea). Not cheap but I can thoroughly recommend it. We have been looking on the Disney Site for gifts to surprise our grown up daughters with and on Disney Site they do wine and cholocate packages. Have also looked at Shirley gift site but they all do seem rather expensive.

Am not happy with Disney Cruise Line response to letters etc. Unlike USA we do not seem to have a toll free number to use.
