I use a regular one called T-Zero. It was free!!!! 14 days, 58 minutes, 35 seconds!!!!!

The official Disney Cruise Line Navigator app has a countdown screen. Once you launch the app, swipe thru the screens until you reach the last one.

I have both the Disney cruise app that was mentioned earlier and another called Ship Mate. The Disney Cruise app counts down to midnight of the last day before departure and does it in days. The Ship mate app does months days hours until 4:00pm on departure day. The Ship Mate also has other functions for all cruise lines but I haven't toyed with it too much.
