Teens! this is my first post in the Teen Thread. I mostly post on the DCL page. I am 17. My last year as a Highschool Teen. I was wondering if any of you have sail on Disney Cruise Line? If you have, have you seen the posts about the STACK and ALOFT in the DCL page? they are claiming that DCL doesn't provide enough entertainment for the teens aboard Disneys The Magic or Wonder. What are you'r takes on this subject. THANKS

Remember 'The Magic'

Well, this past April I went on the Wonder. I personally hated the teen club. Yes, there was stuff to do. Guitar Hero, TV's, couchs, books, movies, everything.
Yes, they have 'activities'.
I just didn't like it. A lot of the kids on my cruise were.....snobby, to say the least. It was no fun, and I only went there a total of 3 times, I believe.
I hope you like it though!

i have been on the cruise about 4 years ago but i was to young to go the the stack/aloft.
i am very excited to go this year however! it seems like everyone is saying there is not alot to do but i think this place sounds perfect! i mean teens go here to just hang out sit talk to some friends and meet new people. there are plenty of things for teens do if they want to do more on the activity side. but the aloft/stack sounds perfect! i can't wait!:cool1: :dance3:

hey!! i've been on the DCL 4 times!!! all the Wonder though. although I NEVER ever went into the teen club, I made SO MANY friends!!!

Not to be spoiled or anything but, I usually go to WDW like once a year. Also, I have been on a total of 7 Disney cruises on both the Magic and the Wonder. I just recently came back from a 15-day cruise on the Magic that took us from San Pedro, CA through the Panama Canal, up to Port Canaveral, Florida. We stopped at many ports such as cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco, Cartegena, Aruba, and Castaway Cay. I had so much fun and I met soooo many really nice, friendly people.

I havent been on the Cruise in like 5 years so I was in the Kids club then and it wasnt even built yet...but I really want to check them out.

Teen club wins.
Kids clubs fail.
I hated the kids club xD

I didn't really make friends on the cruise, but there was usually a trivia game every night of some sort, and I owned at that xD

What is it like in the teen club? is there interaction between the sexes? i am not a slut but guys make vacations fun i think

I have never been on a Disney cruise. I wish. We always go cheap [as cheap as a cruise can get :rotfl:] carnival. We have gone twice before[when I was 11 and a dork and had to be all restricted....] and then once when I was 13 [ten times better. Never went to the teen club, met this one girl, we played it off like we were 16, got in a lot of trouble, slept in my room like once the entire time, hung out with these 18 year olds from alabama and it was a blast :lmao:] I am now going for my third cruise in FOUR WEEKS! So excited.

Hahaha I guess I am no help to your question. My opinion on the teen clubs[from carnival at least] is they are basically a place to hang out if you have nothing to do. I am excited this year though because apparently they have a teen dance club now at night, so that should be fun :] I wish I was 18, but I am shy of that by 7 months :[.

I went on a cruise on October 5! I LOVED it! I didn't spend a whole lot of time in Aloft though, but I love the ships! Go DCL!

Im still shilling down at ocean quest.
11-13.
my calling.
AND we have the ship simulator :)
lol
And wii fit

I like Ocean Quest better but the teen club was alright. I made friends on the first night in the teen club then just hung around outside the club with them the whole time!

I have been on the Magic 3 times and the Wonder 2 times (Going on the Wonder again next week:woohoo: ). Last time we went I was on the Magic, this was last December. There is plenty to do and half the fun is just walking around the ship.:goodvibes A LOVE DCL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
