Disney Credit Card and Reward Dollars?

I traveled to WDW May 10-14, 2004 and was under the impression that if I used my disney credit card I would earn an additional 25 reward dollars that would be posted 6-8 weeks after travel. Well nothing has appeared yet and when I call the customer service for the credit card I was told I was not eligible b/c we booked our trip through our travel agent "to early". We booked on Feb 4, 2004. I can't find the flyer that had this package but I believe it was code ZWFF. It was a package for the dream maker package. Has anyone else had this experience? I knew we had to travel by a certain date but I don't remember anything saying we had to book within a certain time period.

When you got that code, did you get your travel agent to have it added to your reservation? If you didn't have the code on your package, you probably won't get the rewards.
