Disney Countdown Widget??

I thought that the DVC website had a Disney trip countdown widget that you could install for your desktop. I used to have this on my former work laptop, but now I don't see it. Am I missing it? Or am I dreaming this up?

It was very un-Disney-like. That "cover" wouldn't go away, which prevented me from accessing the widget, which prevented me from using up the rest of the points I had earned.
They handled that whole thing very poorly since its inception.

Nope, I use the countdown widget in my Chrome browser and I downloaded a Disney countdown widget for my Android phone.

What is this all about? I don't know what you are talking about. I had the countdown widget (looked like a pocket watch) and loved it until it stopped working. Then, when I went to get a new one, I couldn't find it. But I never knew anything about gifts to users. ???

i had it at one point but then it was really slowing down my computer so i deleted it off my laptop. I know my laptop can be slow but it was awful when it was trying to download.

We have a new one that runs on the desktop it so nice and you change the picture!

Disney discontinued it, and promised a gift to every user. But no gift ever arrived.

I just moved the vacation countdown installation file from my old pc to my new pc. It works but there is no "what's new widget" as Disney doesn't support that anymore. If you want to private message me I will email you the file. It's just the clock with the date and a drop down list of the resorts -- although anything built after 2010 is not listed.

Like others have stated they nolonger have/support the countdown widget. Mine stopped working almost a year ago and when I went to reload it then, it was already gone from the DVC site. I now just use the many apps available for smart phones..smjj

I have a "Disney Parks countdown to your celebration" gadget on my desktop. It looks like a mini countdown calendar on my desktop with Mickey balloons.

It is not listed as a widget but as a gadget. Maybe you can download it if you google gadget instead of widget
