Does anyone know if there is a specific email address for queries regarding accessibility and disabilities or if I should use the form on the wdw website? If i do, will it get passed on to the appropriate people? Thanks

i am not sure about the contact info, but I have actually gotten better info here than I have from Disney! You may find the answers to your questions here.

Hi and to disABILITIES!

If you click on where it says "disABILTIES" at the top of this page it will take you to the Index. One of the top items is the "disABILTIES FAQ" which will gives lots of useful information. You may initially find Post #3 of most use.

I am just agreeing with the other posters - see if you can find what you are looking for in the disABILITIES FAQs thread. We have tried to gather as much factual information as possible from actual users.

If you want to contact Disney, there are some phone numbers and emails for diet questions in post #3 of the disABILITIES FAQs thread. There are also some contact numbers (not specifically for disability questions) in the links to the official WDW website in the top of post #3. You will also find a phone number for lodging information in post #7 of that thread.
