I am surprised Disney/ DVC has not gotten into this popular craze so far. Bunch of these off-property just wondered when Disney would enter into this?

If you're talking about things like Reunion, I don't think you'll ever see Disney do something like that on property. They don't want anyone to be able to claim they live at Walt Disney World because then they'd have to get into nasty things like "elected officials", zoning, etc.

Yes, but you own the room like a condo but the management company: Hilton, W, Disney, Whomever rents it out like a hotel room for you. They are building some 4 or 5 complexes right outside WDW right now--and all over Las Vegas.
