While we were at Disney we bought my DD a really nice shirt $28.00 US. She wore it once, and when I was putting it in the wash I noticed little holes in the material (just above the embroidery) and that the embroidery was coming a part. I was so disappointed and worried on how it could be exchanged. I called the World of Disney where we bought it and spoke to a CM. I told her I had a problem and she was so understanding and apologetic and asked me if I would like another one to replace it, I said "Yes" (as I'm hoping it was just a defect in the one we got), she took all the information and told me that I would receive it in the mail in about 10 days. I thought I was going to have a big problem being in Montreal, and it went so smooth. Disney is just the BEST! Customer satisfaction really is their top priority!
