Can I use this on the Disney shopping site to buy a regular Disney gift card that I can use to pay off a trip? It is a prize available from Swagbucks. I don't want to get it and not be able to use it that way.

No, it's a common question, but no, the ecertificates cannot be used to buy giftcards. Now, if you'll be doing any pre-purchasing of souvenirs, or buying cute bathing suit coverups, or anything like that on disneyshopping.com, then you could use the ecertificate for that and just put the money you would have used towards your trip...

I used mine to purchase Dd a 2010 parks sweatshirt that I know she will love. I wish the gift card thing worked but oh well. Now I just cash out for Amazon.
