Disney.com delivery problems?

Hi,
I used the $10 off code from Mousesavers last weekend (off hand, can't remember exact code, but it was $10 if you spend $50). My order status has been saying "at distribution center" for days now. Is anyone else having this problem? I know my credit card is o.k. I'm wondering if Disney.com was flooded with that $10 code, and now they holding orders for some reason. I think we all remember the coupon issue from a few months back. I sent an e-mail to them tonight. I was just wondering if anyone else is waiting on orders with the $10 discount (it was not a coupon).
 
I ordered last Sunday and rec'd order on Thursday - no problems (using $10. code too)
 
I ordered last week too, and haven't received shipment, but I didn't use the $10 code. I forgot about checking order status at Disney.com. Maybe I should to make sure everything is okay.:eek:

I have had that happen to me in the past. Send an email to customer service inquiring about the delay in shipping. If they send it Airborne Express you will be waiting another 8 days as I swear they ask the post office to hold it that long.
 

I tried to use that $10 off code last week and couldn't. It wouldn't take. I called Guest Services and the CM they had trouble with that code and gave me another one to use. I think it had been posted on mousesavers, but I don't remember it now. Not as good as $10 off $50.

I received my order on Friday via Airborne/Post Office and on Saturday it was STILL showing at Distribution Center! Usually my orders reflect correct shipping status and I can even show up at my post office around 2:30 the day after it changes to ship after they receive their Airborne shipment and pick up vs. waiting until next day for my mail lady to deliver!
 
My shipment arrived Friday. As of 30 seconds ago when I went online to Disneystore.com, it still says it's "at the distribution center." Maybe they don't update the customer's order status on their website that often?
 
Thanks everyone. I just got an e-mail from Disney.com. It went out Airborne express on Friday, but their website does not reflect that.
