I received my Exchange certificate in the mail and was trying to access the AP section at disney.com. The problem is that the numbering scheme on the back of my exchange card doesn't match up to the example for logging in. I can figure out all but what to put in the last block of numbers.

Has anyone had this problem before that can offer some advice?

I don't think you can log on with the voucher. You need to wait until you exchange it for the actual card. If you are trying to get the dining card you can still call disney dining to order, but beaware it expires a year from when it is ordered. :wave2:

You cannot access the AP portion of the site with a voucher. You must use the code on the back of an actual AP.

You definitely can use your voucher to access the passholder portion of the website. The last digits are listed just before the price on the card. If it is a few numbers then a space then more numbers, use only the last set of numbers. Example 12 345 - you would enter 345 only. This box can contain one to four numbers. I have used my voucher to book 2 BRP reservations with the site.
Let me know if you have any other question.

Just posting to say that I used my exchange certificate (aka voucher) to access the passholders' website. Like BrendaE, I used my voucher to book a room under the BRP.

I found the following information on MouseSavers to be very helpful in figuring out how to use my voucher to log into the passholders' website:

AP Room Discounts

The info on logging in to the passholders' site is in the last bullet item near the bottom of the page.

Best wishes -

Hi,

got a voucher too and have problems. I followed the explanations on mousesavers.
Do you have / do you can register for the APholder site?
What name do you type in?

Greets from Germany

I used the name that I ordered it under. Keep trying to plug the numbers in in different sequences. For example the last 3 numbers on my AP were 123 and they go in the first box on the AP sign in screen. The first numbers on my voucher for example were 555 and they went in the last section of my sign in name.

Subscribing so I can find this thread when I finally decide to buy an AP for a September 06 trip. There will be no way for me to activate before the trip as I live in Chicago. So you have to book at least 60 days out. So that means the codes for early september will probably be released in May or June. So that means I would have to buy an AP by April to get it on time to make the rate opening. Are my calculations correct?
