How easy is it easy is it to get into the Disney college what type of grades do you need ?

Do you mean the Disney College Program? Disney does not have an actual "college", it is a working pseudo internship program. Grades don't matter to Disney, you would be required to pass a web based interview (WBI) to move into consideration. Applications are currently not being accepted, but may open this fall for a spring program. And how easy? It depends on Disney's staffing needs.
