I know at my university they usually have an informational meeting for those interested in an internship or information for future employment. Check through your school too.
Disney has a college intership program at both WDW and DLR. My DD was a college intern at WDW and enjoyed it. They don't really do "tours" but they do have "classes" during the program that help you learn more about Disney careers and many interns go on to work for Disney for years to come.
These are paid internships and you usually work in the parks. WDW includes Disney housing. There is an application and interview process. I don't remember the web site but I'm sure you can google it. There is also a section here on the DIS dedicated to the intern program.
My youngest will be applying when applications open this coming Jan. She has everything planned down to the minute detail and she has not even started the process. Foe Ca that is.
