Then it was starting to inch towards 7:50 pm, so we decided to head over to BE OUR GUEST!

9020242527_3895a50bf0_z.jpg

Katt was able to join in on our reservation! Yay!

9022469162_181b35b7ec_z.jpg

Here we are waiting for our table:

Look! They're twins!

9022525488_da63f691cb_z.jpg

We were seated in THE WEST WING. I was SO EXCITED. Oh my goodness. I had eaten in every other room except there, so I was very ready for this meal.

9020295311_3747795c5c_z.jpg

The most lovely table setting:

9020293427_c4744de902_z.jpg

9020291919_988f4609c7_z.jpg

We started off with a waiter named Craig, who was awesome, but then Shelly and him swapped tables so she could take care of us. Katt and Miranda both coincidentally knew Shelley from different occasions so she was very excited to take care of us! She was just so sweet! Our meal ended up being dragged out for a VERY long time but it was such a wonderful way to spend the night!

We started off with the rolls of course!

9020290819_715451a9b4_z.jpg

Someone got French Onion Soup! I don't remember who, but they liked it whoever they were!

9020289681_16460993d7_z.jpg

Then I got the pork chop tonight and the macaroni and cheese. That’s what Katt got too! The pork chop was yummy and that macaroni and cheese is AMAZING. I am obsessed. But who is surprised?

9020288479_bd7918fa5e_z.jpg

Mark, Mom, and Miranda all got the steak! They loved it of course! It’s definitely the best thing on the menu.

9022514728_aa089f42b7_z.jpg

Miranda and Mark got a chocolate cupcake for dessert. Shelley drew little Mickeys out of the sauces and they were SO CUTE!!!!!

9022512682_25a98a9be0_z.jpg

And Mom and Katt got the strawberry:

9020286007_870beb73e2_z.jpg

Then Mark got the chocolate cream puff:

9022511676_1be2749312_z.jpg

I decided to not get dessert because I wanted to eat my Wreck-it Ralph cake when I got home, but I got THE GREY STUFF for my birthday!! And Shelly brought me MY OWN. OMG. Then the rest of the group got to share a second one. I loved having one all to myself. I was so excited about it. Dreams come true.

9022510832_b31b4b34d3_z.jpg

9020282357_12f6321f50_z.jpg

I GOT A BIRTHDAY CARD TOO AND IT WAS SO PERFECT!

9022508682_edc23ccc8b_z.jpg

It was almost time for the Beast to leave when we were finishing up, so we went to go meet him in his study!

9020280359_efd110fe1a_z.jpg

9020279395_03633f3960_z.jpg

Then we went back and finished up. The restaurant was pretty much clearing out. It was CRAZY to be in there when no one else was. It was almost surreal. I was IN LOVE.

May 9th, 2013 (Part 3) - Having the Ballroom All to Ourselves!

One of the waiters offered to take a few pictures of Miranda and I in the ballroom! It was so nice!

9020275437_fb2ea91d4f_z.jpg

9020273877_8989c15063_z.jpg

We got back to the room and Beast was checking out the West Wing before he turned in for the night. He stopped by our table to say hello!

9022499466_003d1161fb_z.jpg

This room is INCREDIBLE. I just can't really get over the details. I love that they literally brought the castle to life and you feel like you're actually IN the movie. I hope each and every one of you have the experience of going to this restaurant because it's just unbelievable.

9020270825_6180df39f0_z.jpg

9022496620_d555c757a9_z.jpg

When the lightning flashes, the portrait of the prince changes to a portrait of the beast and flashes right back. It's CRAZY.

9022494032_7d667c016e_z.jpg

Finally after talking with Shelley for a super long time and just gawking at the restaurant in general, we finally started to make our way out of there. However, there were so many photo ops that needed to happen!

9022492442_46e8a318cd_z.jpg

Is this place incredible or is this place incredible?

9022482740_f854a6d31b_z.jpg

Miranda and I got to dance with Mark in the ballroom. It was a lovely way to end the night!

9020263231_5dd6411ee1_z.jpg

9022488798_1d72c2bccd_z.jpg

Our friend Courtney happened to be there tonight as well! What a coincidence! You may remember her from quite a few updates back when we went to Animal Kingdom all together. She's so cute and I'm so sad that her and Mark are leaving soon.

9022481548_611e638fb4_z.jpg

9022479928_f2589b84b9_z.jpg

The princesses and our prince!

9020251143_874837f00b_z.jpg

Look at that smoulder!

9020249955_0b67282dba_z.jpg

Then we FINALLY left.

9022475636_2a7af6259d_z.jpg

We walked out of the restaurant around 11 pm and left the park. We danced to the Electrical Parade all the way down Main Street USA. The Magic Kingdom felt extremely magical that night.

9022468642_9d9f92610a_z.jpg

After that we took the bus back to the Boardwalk. Mark came home with us and we all had some Wreck It Ralph cake! He left around 1 am.

9020247779_5854fc74b2_z.jpg

LOOK AT THAT GORGEOUS CAKE. Ahh it was so good.

Sweet Dreams! (pun intended ;))

May 10th, 2013 - Monsieur Paul

Mom and I just kind of let ourselves sleep in this morning because we didn’t have any specific plans. I got up around 8:35 am and wandered upstairs. We didn’t really know what we wanted to do, so we just kind of decided to wander down to the Boardwalk Bakery.

We both decided to get Boardwalk Bakery breakfast sandwiches, which were DELICIOUS. What a perfect start to the day.

9028770931_02de6521d0_z.jpg

Mom and I sat on the Boardwalk and chatted for a while, and then Haley and her Mom came to join us! They just finished breakfast and Captain’s Grille and they had a really great time there.

The four of us just sat and chatted by the water overlooking the Yacht Club. The weather was BEAUTIFUL and Haley and her Mom are two of the most perfect people ever. Our Moms became best friends.

So we stayed at that beautiful table for a while and then we moved into the shade and continued talking. Then we took a little break and showed them our Garden Suite, which Haley’s Mom FLIPPED over.

Then we went up to the Club Level and got some snacks. Yogurt covered pretzels are my love. And sugar cookies. And homemade chips.

9030998068_68923a98de_z.jpg

Then we went back down to the Boardwalk and looked through the shops. We looked in the Wyland Gallery which I am OBSESSED with. Disney artwork is literally one of my favorite things. I can’t even handle how much I love looking at it and how much I fantasize about buying a piece of it. Someday my future home will have some fancy Disney artwork.

Then we went into the main store and Mom got herself a cross-body bag and I got a Mickey and Minnie shirt! Two very cute purchases!

Then we decided to get some lunch/snacks. My Mom and I got pizza from the Boardwalk pizza window and Haley and her Mom got Cookie Dough Ice Cream from Seashore Sweets! Very yummy!

9028768943_eba32d0640_z.jpg

9028768003_3ccae671bc_z.jpg

9028767157_acc1e0a809_z.jpg

It was so wonderful that we all didn’t have any specific plans today and that we were both coincidentally staying at the Boardwalk. I don’t think that could have possibly worked out better.

Neither of us had anything to do until later, so we decided laying by the pool would be a lovely way to spend the rest of the afternoon! It was SO RELAXING. Oh my goodness. It was like paradise. Haley and I went down the clown slide twice and the pool was SO refreshing. It was SUCH a fun and enjoyable day!

Around 4:45 pm we decided we should go and start getting ready for our dinners. Haley and her Mom were headed to Cinderella’s Royal Table and Mom and I were headed to Monsieur Paul!

We both showered and got ready to go! Then we just strolled right over to Epcot about 45 minutes before our reservation!

We met up with my friend Victoria and her Dad! We were so excited to see each other again. Victoria is one of THE nicest people I have ever met. She is beautiful inside and out and she is so genuinely kind. We could just talk forever! Her and her Dad were having a wonderful little day in Disney together which is great. They went to Animal Kingdom in the morning and they spent the night at Epcot. Her Dad is unfortunately very sick, so if any of you could remember to keep him in your prayers, I’m so sure Victoria would appreciate it. They deserve a miracle more than anyone I have ever met.

We met up near the Monsters Inc. topiaries and then strolled through the World Showcase until we got to America! At that point we parted ways because it was time for our dinner reservation, but we had to take a few pictures before we left!

9028765191_3afd396e3f_z.jpg

9030991794_ecf80e0949_z.jpg

Then Mom and I went to Monsieur Paul for our dinner! We had a reservation at 7:30 pm and we didn’t have to wait long to be seated! We were brought right upstairs and were seated at our table.

9028763103_aeb3187282_z.jpg

Here are some photos of the inside of the restaurant:

9030987414_5d6b92e00e_z.jpg

They started us off with little puff pastries that were tasty!

9030984224_70f75627b9_z.jpg

Then they brought over a basket of bread with about five different kinds that we got to choose from. I decided on the one with bacon in it (obviously) and Mom tried the spinach and roasted tomato roll as well as the whole grain. They were all really yummy.

9030983774_5735d629c8_z.jpg

Then Mom and I both got the beef tenderloin. Wow, that we phenomenal. There was like a mushroom crust on top. Then it came with the most unique mashed potatoes that I’ve ever had. They were like... foam mashed potatoes. I’m not even kidding.

9028755115_fd2e42169a_z.jpg

9028754275_44e386f5ae_z.jpg

For dessert I got the pastry with lemon custard and fresh berries. It was so light and I loved it!

9028753475_40f88621d1_z.jpg

Mom got the hazelnut, chocolate, and raspberry pastry. She said it was really good!

9030980450_158e618fcb_z.jpg

Overall I really enjoyed Monsieur Paul. I have to say that Chefs de France is still my favorite restaurant in that pavilion, but I’m really happy that I got to try this one as well! It also helped that we were on the glorious dining plan!

9028752009_9be91e100c_z.jpg

9030977908_1825a050cf_z.jpg

After that we just headed out of the park. We pretty much just wanted to go back and relax. When we got to the Boardwalk we went in the gift shop and I got my Boardwalk T-Shirt! Then we just went back and chilled out for the night. It was nice to be in bed by 10 o’clock!

The Chocolate Cake there is GOOD and BIG!

That has to be the coolest Birthday button I've ever seen made!

Also the Castle & Balloon photo shoot was really well done.

Wow, Note to self must eat at Monsieur Paul's, that beef tenderloin looks awesome.

Great updates Jess! Will definitely keep Victoria's dad in my prayers :)

I love the dress you were wearing in your last update, it so cute. I hope you are still having fun and I love reading all about your adventures. Thank you so much sharing!

AGH!! I've been off the DIS for several days and look what happens!! UPDATE CITY!! :woohoo:
First, that Birthday Button is AWESOME!!!! I'm gonna go find that guy when I go back and get him to make a button. :p
Second, your suite! Can I please move there?! I've decided that when J and I have our 10 year anniversary (in 5 years, ha!) we're going to stay there for a few nights. Done. Booked. Not really, but soon!
And last, your birthday sounds incredible! I can't imagine a more perfect way to celebrate your special day. If I could celebrate every birthday that way, I totally would!
You're awesome, Jess! Keep up the great work and enjoy the rest of your DCP! :goodvibes

Will definitely keep Victoria's dad in my prayers :)

I will as well.

I lost my Daddy a few days ago.

I hope there is some good news about Victoria's Dad.

Victoria,if you see this, please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

THE WEST WING LOOKS SO COOL. I heard it is really dark BUT WHO CARES. Wow.

Your bday card is just perfect.

I ate at BOG back in November and we were the first ones in the ballroom for the night. It was amazing.

THAT PIZZA LOOKS SO GOOD.

I have heard amazing things about Monsieur Paul and I want to try it so bad. The food looks really good and it is so pretty inside!

Having the ballroom all to yourself at Be Our Guest is sooo amazing!
Whenever I have watched Beauty and the Beast, I have wanted to be in the beautiful room and now it is possible. Disney is so great!! Of course I will probably be there with about a thousand other people but it will still be great to see it.

I know I haven't been commenting lately, because AHHHH LIFESTRESSSSS, but I have been reading every update (here and on Twitter). In all areas, I continue to have so much admiration for your approach to life, taking advantage of the good times, and looking for the positive and ways to grow when things are difficult. I know I'm probably not going to make it back down to Disney again before you finish your CP, but I truly hope that life allows our paths to cross again, because seeing the way that you present yourself makes me want to do more and be better. So thank you.

And also, I have much respect for your photography skills, because I have finally upgraded to my first non-point and shoot, and it's a LOT harder to get great shots than I thought it would be. So kudos to you!

May 11th, 2013 (Part 1) - Merida's Coronation

This morning I got up bright and early because Mom and I were headed to Merida's coronation ceremony! We stopped at the Polynesian first and got breakfast at Captain Cooks. We both got croissant breakfast sandwiches. Then we got on the monorail and headed right to Magic Kingdom!

We got there a little bit before park opening so we got to see the welcome show! The park was SO CROWDED already and we had to stand in the direct sunlight in a HUGE crowd... so that was fun.

Once they let us in the park, everyone stampeded to Main Street USA. They blocked off quite a large area so Merida would be able to ride through on her horse, so everyone was backed up near the partners statue. We waited there for half an hour and the sun was SO HOT. It was very hard to see because it was so crowded.

When the coronation began, Rosie and Sophia Grace were out on stage doing a little dance. I haven't seen them on TV but everyone was flipping out about them.

9048363687_3204411366_z.jpg

All of the princesses came out on stage and they were all introduced. Then Merida rode through on her horse Angus and she went up on the stage.

Gotta love those iPads.

9048363127_267c91b0e7_z.jpg

This is how far back we were:

9050592110_e2caf351cc_z.jpg

Once Merida was onstage, they put the ropes down and let us get closer to the castle stage so we could actually see a little bit better. Merida was crowned and inducted into the Disney princess family. Queen Eleanor was onstage and was there to be part of the ceremony. It was so exciting to see her out there!

9048360841_e0bcdd1cd5_z.jpg

9048360025_6ba8d3234d_z.jpg

Gotta love that mother daughter relationship.

9048359871_de8c5851b0_z.jpg

The coronation was short, hot, and very crowded. However, I got really adorable pictures and I absolutely love the princesses, so I'm very glad I got to go.

9048359653_2fae18332a_z.jpg

Plus, look how happy Merida was!

9048358961_aa6e2c2812_z.jpg

TOUCH THE SKY!

9050587614_e6fc75af58_z.jpg

It wouldn't be a Disney celebration without a few fireworks.

YAY MERIDA. You go, girl!

9050579556_f9e2289831_z.jpg

After that we stopped in the Emporium and I grabbed one of the coronation shirts. They're only for children, but child Large shirts fit me so I was able to grab one. I'm super excited to have that commemoration of the event!

May 11th, 2013 (Part 2) - Hollywood Studios Activities!

After that we decided to head over to Disney's Hollywood Studios! Hooray! We got there and the first thing we did was go to meet Wreck-it Ralph. Ralph is the best and he gives VERY big hugs. He was so excited to have us come visit!

9048348077_37801238f1_z.jpg

9048345927_a501c0898e_z.jpg

Then we grabbed some frozen lemonade because it was VERY hot today.

I texted Haley and she told me that she got in the 12:30 pm American Idol show! WHAT!? OH MY GOD! So we definitely had to go watch her!! She put us on the VIP list with her Mom so we all got to sit up in the front.

9048344903_a1297c913b_z.jpg

Because we were VIP's we got to go in for the rehearsal process and see everyone practice before the actual show! We were even allowed to take pictures!

9048342773_d5e932392c_z.jpg

SHE'S EXCITED!

9048341587_8a94b06fac_z.jpg

9048335709_69a615fb2d_z.jpg

TIME TO GO! (:

9050563990_241b021680_z.jpg

The show began at 12:30 pm and it was AWESOME seeing one of my best friends on stage! The initial announcer guy was really funny and he got the whole audience pumped up. He even had this "break dancing mickey toy" dance to the music and the crowd thought it was the greatest thing.

9050562382_33a5d8d03a_z.jpg

The first contestant was a guy and he sang "Use Somebody." He had that really good raspy sounding voice that you need for that song. However, I think he was nervous so he was a little pitchy. The two girl judges thought he was such a piece of eye candy and the guy made some snarky comment about how the performer's girlfriend was the luckiest one in the audience because she was closest to the exit door. BOOOOOO.

The second contestant was this girl from England who sang "Before He Cheats." She said she dedicated the song to her ex-boyfriend and she was traveling to Disney with her family, so she dedicated the performance to them. She sounded really good and she had A LOT of angst. It was intense. The guy judge said "well now I know how it would sound if I went to a cabaret sung by Maleficent."

(These pictures are from the rehearsal process, but I thought I'd post them down here!)

Haley was the third contestant and she sung "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree."

9048340021_5fe9c3145d_z.jpg

Her voice sounded SO good and I was so impressed with her. YAY HALEY!! She did awesome.

9050568498_19ca56a787_z.jpg

The judges told her just to play it up a little more and be bigger, even though I thought her sass was fantastic. The guy judge said "yes, yes, yes yes, your voice is the one for me." So YEAH HALEY for impressing the tough guy!!

9048338653_d382ca4b02_z.jpg

9050565836_9c771cc5aa_z.jpg

LOOK AT THAT SASS!

9050566666_1d3e141bcb_z.jpg

Haley unfortunately didn't win, but the contestant from England did. I thought Haley did PHENOMENAL though and she should have won, but I'm glad I got to be there to see her perform on stage. That was too cool!

img]http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7287/9048330979_dc62ed9d24_z.jpg[/img]

(Haley auditioned one more time later in the week and ended up making it to the final show for the day! She's so talented!!)

After we went out of the theater, the winner's family offered us Toy Story Mania fastpasses because they weren't going to make the time allotment. We gladly took those off their hands! Haley and her Mom also gave us Rock N Rollercoaster fastpasses too because their lunch was going to conflict with the time! YAY FOR FASTPASSES!

Haley and her Mom had lunch at 50's Prime Time Cafe, so they were headed off in that direction. Mom and I headed over to Sunset Boulevard. But before doing so, we stopped at Guest Relations. She really was craving Brown Derby so we made a reservation for over there at 2:55 pm. Yay for impulse decisions!

I LOVE SUNSET BOULEVARD AND THE CITIZENS OF HOLLYWOOD. This chair is a brilliant idea. hahaha

9050548806_ddab234a54_z.jpg

We went to Rock N Roller Coaster first. Mom LOVES this ride. The first time she went on it, it was her 50th birthday. She always gets really nervous but she knows she loves it. So we got in line and we were in the third row. The ride was AWESOME. She was just screaming her head off. I love how much she loves that ride.

Look at that little girl behind me! Hahaha her eyes are so big!! The poor thing looks terrified!

9050559218_ef64b9f1c9_z.jpg

Then we grabbed some Tower of Terror fastpasses and we headed over to Toy Story Mania! I was trying some of the new tricks that my friend Matt from work told me about. He used to work at TSM and there are some targets you have to hit to unlock some of the higher point value targets. I unfortunately didn't do as well as usual but that's okay. I wanted to experiment a little bit!

We went on Tower of Terror after that. Of course we, once again, got stuck with a group of super annoying people. It never fails.

9050558436_0ba69744f0_z.jpg

Then we headed over to our Brown Derby lunch. It started raining right before we got there so thankfully we were inside for the majority of the downpour. We were seated in the main room this time in a little booth.

9048318941_da095d806c_z.jpg

We were given some bread to start off. I am obsessed with bread. It just tastes so good.

9050557700_4f6fa1f606_z.jpg

For my meal I got the salmon. It's very different from the salmon I got last time I was here but it was still good. I prefer the old version better but the fish still tasted really fresh. I just wasn't a huge fan of the lentils or the vegetables that it came with.

9048325057_5ca696e3da_z.jpg

Mom got the cobb salad for her appetizer which is always a favorite.

9050555990_46c80e69ef_z.jpg

Then she got the noodle bowl for her meal. She absolutely loved that and our waiter said it had been on the menu for so long now. It just hasn't changed in years!

9048323639_f879d0f31d_z.jpg

We skipped out on dessert because we knew we were going to be eating a lot of sweets later, so we headed out. We went back to the Boardwalk after that and took a mid-afternoon nap. It felt really good to get some sleep.

I woke up and then got ready to go back over to Hollywood Studios! We were going to a Fantasmic Tables in Wonderland dessert party! The dessert party ended up being inside of the Disney Junior theater because there was a chance of rain for that night. We were seated at "Princess Tiana's" table which was cute.

There were a bunch of different desserts for us to try! There was peach cobbler, strawberries with marscapone cream, mickey brownies, mickey shaped peanut butter tarts, cake with maple frosting, and lemon pound cake. Everything was good except the brownies were dry and the maple frosting was too mapely. Other than that I enjoyed everything! The mickey-shaped peanut butter tarts were definitely my favorite.

9048322425_af21794aac_z.jpg

9050550642_c466d6ab82_z.jpg

The people we sat with at our table were so nice. There were two older women and one works in Disney events and her mother looks exactly like my old neighbor. The couple sitting next to me was actually familiar with the area in which we are from, and the woman had a haunted mansion phone case which was awesome! Then the last couple had their little baby with them and he was SO cute. They were adorable and they just loved Disney so much. They actually got married right at the Contemporary so that's very exciting.

I put my birthday as the celebration on our reservation, so the cast members brought me a cinnamon roll for my birthday and they all sang to me! It was so cute!

We enjoyed their company and then we were brought backstage into our seating area for Fantasmic. Unfortunately it was way up high and the view was actually pretty bad, but I wasn't really all that upset. I was just happy to be there. (: I think if they did the event again they should definitely have a better viewing area.

After that we exited Fantasmic and met Haley and her Mom near the exit of Hollywood Studios. We walked back to the Boardwalk together and then sat by the bakery. Haley and I decided to take a stroll around the Epcot resort area, and our Moms sat there and chatted while we walked.

On our second lap around, there were these two people (who were highly intoxicated) who stopped us. They were like "girls, girls! Come over here. We need your help." And we were like "....okay." They were like, "alright, now is it pronounced vApid or veIpid?" And we were like "vApid." (LOL) And they asked us what the definition of it was. They were impressed that we knew what it meant and they were like "THANK YOU SO MUCH GIRLS! YOU'VE BEEN GREAT!" Oh my God it was SO funny.

Haley and I ended up walking around the Boardwalk/Yacht/Beach Club loop three times. It was such a good and relaxing walk. We talked about a lot of girl stuff and it was so good to be reunited with her again!

After that we said our goodbyes to Haley and her Mom. Haley's Mom and my Mom are new best friends. I'm so glad they got to get to know each other! We had so much fun.

Mom and I went back to the room and then we spent our last night in our Garden Suite. Sad face.

May 12th, 2013 - Mother's Day

This morning I had work! Mom went to go get us breakfast sandwiches and brought them back to the room. I got ready and then headed over to Coronado.

Unfortunately, my mind had been super overwhelmed, so I mixed up my work times. The other day I started at 8:45 am and I thought that I started at 8:45 am today too when I actually started at 7:30 am. UGH I was so upset with myself. I made it to Coronado at 8:30 am and thank GOODNESS it wasn't a problem, but I felt really bad.

I worked in the lobby and I believe I finished at 2 o'clock. After work Mom picked me up in front of Coronado and we headed back to the Boardwalk for the last time. I was so sad to leave! I absolutely fell in love with this resort. I can't believe I hadn't stayed there in almost 10 years!!

I saw my friend Sam from my front desk class working curbside. She had been deployed to the All Star Resorts during the whole week of my stay so I didn't think I would see her, but thank goodness she was back right before I left! I'm so glad we got to say hello.

We only had about 2 hours until Mom had to catch the magical express, so we walked over to Epcot to use our last quick service credits of the trip!

It was SO ridiculously humid and hot out today so the walk to World Showcase was a bit sluggish. We finally made it to Japan and we ordered our food! I had never really considered going to the Japanese quick service until I did my DCP. Once I got here I feel like everyone I talked to was absolutely obsessed with it! I definitely needed to try it out.

So we got there and we ordered and we found a table outside in the shade to sit under. I ordered the beef and chicken teriyaki combo and it was DELICIOUS.

Mom ordered the chicken teriyaki:

We ordered a California Roll to split, which is obviously one of my favorite foods in the entire world.

And then for our dessert we got the strawberry ice cream! It's soft serve and it's SO yummy. My only problem with it was that they had to give it to us right when we ordered, so I had to simultaneously eat my melting dessert while I was trying to enjoy my meal. Ah well.

I have to agree that the Japanese quick service is AMAZING. It's such a hidden gem and I can't believe it isn't talked about more! I absolutely recommend it if you are looking for something better than your typical hamburger and french fries quick service. My Mom and I were very pleased!

After that we moseyed our way out of Epcot and we took a few pictures because it was Mother's Day! I'm so glad we were able to be together, even if it was only for part of the day.

We went back to the Boardwalk after that and just chilled out in the lobby until it was Mom's magical express time. I absolutely love that lobby and the couches are so comfortable. Ahh I am going to miss it so much!!

Mom's bus came around 4:15 pm so it was sadly time to say our goodbyes. Ugh I always hate that part. Hopefully I will see her soon.

Once Mom left, I got in my car and headed home to Patterson. I needed to do some laundry and I needed to repack for Lia's trip! It pretty much took me all night to get reorganized. I got to look at all of my birthday presents again too!

I spent quite a bit of time on the phone tonight and by the end of the night I was just ridiculously exhausted. So it was time for sleep. YAYYYY LIA IS COMING TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!

I love reading all of your trip updates!! Especially the food and restaurants :). I have a question I'm hoping you will give me your opinion on....I'm planning my upcoming Halloween trip (eeeeek! I'm so excited) and I would like to do a signature restaurant and currently have an ADR are Le Cellier (never been before, but you & Lia make it sound AMAAAAAAZING!!) but I've also looked into Cali Grill & Narcossee's. We've never been to any of these (and we are big fans of steak) and would love to get your suggestion as to which one to go to!! (Obtw...it will be on DDP)...thanks for your help!!

I love how much you & your friends AND YOUR FAMILY loves Disney!!!! I hope my children grow up to love Disney the way you do!!

I have been to All 3 of these. I personally Like Le Cellier, but nowadays it is a bit overpriced. Up until a year or so ago you used to only need 1 table service credit for LUNCH. But once that changed imo the value of this restaurant is non-existent. But that being said I like it the best. And I Know there will be alot of controversy because most people would prefer Narcossee's over LeCellier but it is simply my taste and my particular dish which I like is the Bone-in Ribeye followed by the Filet.

I have had all of the Steaks at LeCell and like 'em all i guess...
Cali-Grill is a great place to view the fireworks, but hard to get ressies for that time of day.

You should also look into The Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge. In my opinion Very Good Food and NOT over priced. If you were paying Cash that is. I guess it does not matter if you are DDP in fact The Cell is MY clear choice since it is so overpriced you get your best value of 2 table credits.
Another of my personal favorites.

Grilled Hand-cut "C.A.B" Filet Mignon - Lobster Mushroom Ragoût, Roasted Savory Truffle, and Hazelnut Crunch Donut filled with Yukon Gold Potato and Red Currant Gastrique - $43.00

That meal is well worth $43.00

Still In my opinion LeCellier is where you should eat if you are gonna use 2 table service credits

Sorry this post is all over the place. GoTo LeCell!!! lol
I am going in August and Paying cash....thats how much I love it.
