disney club questions?

I am still putting off joing the dc until it gets a little closer to our trip(aug 2002 into sept) , since I do not have a disney store close to me anymore. Here are my questions:
1- how long does it take to receive the card in the mail?
2- Do they have good discounts for rental cars?
3- Can I apply my 20% discount (mcdonalds) with the dc 10%?

I got my disney card in about a week to 10 days.
Great Discounts with Natinal Rental Car.
Sorry, you cant combine the coupon with your dc card discount.
