Does anyone know the 1-800 # for Disney Club resort ressies? I have used it before, but now I can't find it! Thanks in advance,

Erica

If you have the membership Erica, I am pretty sure that it will be on the back of your DC card.

:)

I just looked and can confirm; it was on the back of my card.

Kathy - does that mean that DC members no longer get access to a 1-800#? :(

I recently called the 800 # that I received in a video in 1997, where Spanish speaking cast members answered the calls. I used this number each time I wanted information or to do a booking. It directed me to the 407 number, so it was not available anymore.

But nowadays with cell phones saving many people so much money on calls that it is a much better deal to cancel your local phone service and use only your cell, those 407 calls don't seem to impose as much as they did in the past... I really do not miss the 800 numbers thanks to my cell phone.

The 800 number on the back of my DC card still works, however, now they answer "Thank you for calling the Disney Reservation Center" instead of mentioning the Disney Club like they use to. ~:D~

I called the toll-free number on the back of my card 2 nights ago and spoke with a DC rep to renew my card but I think I dialed the member services number. FYI- I asked the rep if the resort discounts for DC members would still be there until year's end since the incentive was gone(to entice more people into joining the DC) and she said, "yes!". I asked if she knew for sure that there would be no similar card in the future and the CM told me that they were trying to get people to sign up for the Visa card and that is a big priority at this point. The weather here was so nice this weekend that I didn't have a chance to get on and check my replies.

Sounds crazy, but I never thought of checking my card, duh! The day I posted this question I received the January Disney Club news and it gave1-800-933-3975, so I used that. Unfortunately, I needed the # to cancel our ressies for Spring break at ASMO. We ran into an unexpected financial situation--we needed a new car more than a one week vacation. The rational side of me says this is the right thing to do, but the other part of me is boo-hooing!

Thanks,
Erica
