I'm looking to purchase Disney tshirts 5xl for hubby for Christmas. We live in Australia and are travelling to DW in 2014. Can anyone help?

I read that the shirts at Disney Design A Tee at DTD goes up to 5xl, but you'd have to be there to design the shirts.

Disneystore.com has some plus size men's t-shirts. My DH is 6"3 and prefers to wear shirts that are a size 3X or even 4X and I was able to find a few character tees for him for our last Disney trip.

You can also do iron ons. Create and print out a design you like on iron on paper and then make your own shirt. Lots of families do that when they all want to match for photos. There's a DISigns thread on it if you're interested. I know my DH got a shirt from the real Disney store that was a 4x several years ago. He was closer to a 3 and it swam on him and I think could easily have fit a 5. So might want to check your physical stores as well.

Try Etsy.lots of crafty people will do other sizes for you. Click the contact the shop owner. I have gotten sizes other than those they list .

There is a customization option for t shirts on the Disney store website. We have used that to create our family's Phineas and Ferb t-shirts. I wanted an Isabella since I'm a girl scout leader, and I was able to get the exact size and design I wanted. I believe everything on there goes up to 5x, you can choose lots of t-shirt colors and designs. The design will be sized to fit correctly on that size shirt, too.
