I booked 7 nights w/ park hopper w/ dining for the 1st week of March with the Feb/Mar discount. My wife got a Disney Chase Visa thru the Disney Store Online and it says "Get 0% APR for 6 months on certain ticket inclusive packages when booked by you or your travel agent and charged to your Disney Rewards Visa Card prior to commencement of your vacation.

I called to try to pay off my balance, which is due in a week, and the guy tells me I'll have to call the credit card company to do it.
Will it be a waste of time? I'm guessing they'll make me completely rebook at a different rate. Anyone know and/or tried?

I would call back and try another Cm
I do know that the entire thing had to paid using the card the times when I used it but Maybe you can pay the remainder and still get the 0%. I always booked and paid off on-line and the charges just showed up as 0% with no codes or anything

I don't think Chase will be of any help to be honest as they have so many reward/store cards they have no idea of what specials are going on.

I paid my for my trip in two seperate payments with Disneyvisa and got the 0%. My TA did this for me, but I don't see why you can't do the same thing.

Call back and just payoff with that card................the credit card company recognizes the pmt as a "Disney Trip" and they will take care of it. No Worries!

I have personally done it!
I booked a trip using disney travel in July 07 and used the disney visa for my deposit of 200.00 . Which was billed as 6 mths same as cash. My remaining balance wasnt due until november 1st 07 , and i paid it off online in fact with my disney visa. Both were put on 6 mths same as cash. I promise!! The Cm's dont work for chase so they are clueless! They have nothing to do with how it is billed! If you will feel better call chase! That way you can be re-assured. Good Luck:thumbsup2

I've done it just like ILoveMagic has described. In fact, I've done it twice both times through AAA. The charge shows up as Disney something or other, and the 0% comes through automatically. If you pay it off before 6 months, you have no finance charge, and you get the reward dollars 1% of the amount you've charged.

Well, didn't work for me...as I was afraid of. Now that I've put it on this card, it's actually due 2 weeks earlier than my other card...all while I'm waiting on uncle sam to give me my $3300 back.
Oh well, thanks anyway, I figured this would happen.
