Disney Chase Visa-customer service

We had to call customer service for the first time the other day because we got double charged for a large purchase which put us over our limit and we were concerned we would get that dreaded over the limit fee. Well, the lady we spoke with was practically yelling at my husband and then hung up on him. Now, I was standing right next to him, and I was just as shocked as he was. He was not using a bad tone with her or anything.
She just kept telling him that he needed to call the company that overcharged us and they needed to deal with it. Well, we knew that. What we wanted to know was if we would be charged from chase for the overlimit fee. I guess in the process of repeating the question, she got mad.
We called again and got a different person who was very friendly and told us that we didn't have anything to worry about.
If we had listened to the person's name, we would have called to complain. I have never been hung up on by someone like that. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up!

Wow!! We've been double charged SEVERAL times on a Disney card. Each time, THEY have actually corrected it within a couple of days without me even notifying them. Every time I'm seen it on my statement, just a few lines down will be the correction. Sounds like you definitely got someone with an attitude!!
