Disney Character Encyclopedia Autograph Book?

In the past i have seen autograph books made from Disney Character Encyclopedias but I cannot find a post on them now. Any help I could get would be great. I have the book just need more info and links where to find additional character pages.
Also I need some invitations for character meals.

Here is the thread with the only designer that I know that has done them. I do not believe she has been on the boards in a little while but if you post in her thread or pm her, maybe you can get in touch with her for help.
