Disney Channel Games 2008???

well thats interesting.
I'm a big miley fan and behind her 100%, but this might be good for her. I just hope she shows at the games. plus this would let her concentrate more on the hannah movie that they are filming soon.

Has anyone heard any more info on Wednesday's parade? Are we POSITIVE it is still at DHS at 2:15 pm?

I'm checking my kiddos out of school to come over for it tomorrow and I'd hate to get there and learn it was at 10:30.

I'll try and wear a green tank top - it's not LIME - but it is green. I hope to spot fellow Dis'ers there!

I would say YES because on the steve soares site it states that on Wednesday there is no 2:20 PM Jedi Training which would lead you to believe something else is happening. I am sure the parade will lead into the Block Party Bash.

I called Disney Guest Relations & was told that the only parade scheduled is the Block Party at 3:00 BUT after further investigating was placed on hold then transferred to another location and YES! The parade with DC Stars is tomorrow at 2:15 -2:45. They are NOT "officially" advertising this as Disney Channel is a seperate entity from DHS and they are NOT specifying which stars will participate. At least you can take your camera!!! This is NOT free!
You will have to purchase admission to the Disney Hollywood Studios Theme Park but you will have a chance to see some of them!

I was there @ the satdium yesturday. Yea its true. You cant see anything because the concert stage is front and center and there are tents. When we got there @ like 11AM we saw 2 Disney Channel stars... all we can see was a black kid prolly masey and some blonde (we were on the other side of the sadium) They made me return to the car to take my camera since we werent aloud to take it or i could leave it on a table by security which was not gona be protected by theft. really it was no fun. All i was able to see the engenieer the suite life

Man that video makes it look dangerous. I think I am just going to look for the lesser known stars. Maybe chat it up with some International Stars. I'm sure I could learn Japanese in a day....

don't let that video fool you!! They were packed into that corner! Jonas bros(among others) went into that dugout a few times, need I say more.
I sat a few sections away and watched what was happening from the 2 angles. My ds was into running back/forth if I motioned and dd just stood at the railing unless we told her to go My dd did complain about pushing, but if it happened it was quite mild, as she is very easygoing and would let anyone get around her and then be upset that she didn't get an autograph.

Yes we did get chosen - I am so excited. I know there is a waiting list because of how they are doing it. I did not receive the e-mail at the time they said; it came in over the night.

I am posting this link to my pictures from the Jonas Brothers at the Ellen DeGeneres Show. Now all of these pictures that I did take with me holding my arm straight up and just clicking, I am only 5'1 and we were all the way in the back. Maybe this may help some of you not knowing exactly what to expect. I really hope that they are not allowing posters because that really obstructs the view from the little ones meaning the children (not me cause of my ht)
