Disney Channel Games 2008???

The Florida Radio Disney calendar on radiodisney.com had a couple of locations where people could win tickets to the concert... The artist list they had describing the concert confirmed Jonas Bros, Cheetah Girls, and Jordan Pruitt... Update! Just checked the site (http://radio.disney.go.com/music/yourstation/orlando/april.html#). Jordan isn't listed any longer... Hhhmm.. Maybe just something they didn't want to get out if she was under the billed "other SURPRISE Disney performers.."

Interesting... I didn' mean to start a controversy... I just must have joined the board after that news came to light.

To those that have been before... how did you fill the breaks in the concert? Being a Disney event I'm hopeful it will be festive and a lot of comradery. I'm a little concerned about my DD7. I think the restroom question is based on whether or not you have field or stadium seats. I hear field seats are first come first serve and if you move your meat, you lose your seat!

Well, I have field seats but luckily I am going with a group of four others, so if two of us decide to leave for restroom or refreshments we should be able to return to the others. People aren't mean enough to separate families.

regarding tickets, last year, we had some seat tickets too, and when we went to the ticket counter, they just pulled out an envelope with our name on it, leading me to believe the seats are already numbered with your name, no matter when you get there.

You'll be competing against other families for awesome prizes like the golf costume worn by Mrs. Evans (Sharpay & Ryan's mom) in High School Musical 2 and even tickets to see the Jonas Brothers, The Cheetah Girls and Jordan Pruitt perform live at the Disney Channel Games. Tickets aren't for sale anywhere but you can win them from Radio Disney at Centex Homes' Magnolia Ridge, located at 1326 Cypress Ridge Loop in Alfred Park.

That is for the 26th first one and 27th the second on 26th not as much info. according to radio disney channel orlando calender

Is the concert fun to see, i always miss things but was wondering, also how big is the stadium, will you see really good were ever you sit? I plan on taking my three girls to watch the games but i am not sure which day yet.

I was told from Rosemarie that they were given out in the order the emails were rec'd. So that if you could not pick up till 04/30 vs 04/27 it has no impact on your seating assignment.

QUES again - regarding down time - i posted earlier - anyone thinking about bring cards, or handheld games, etc for kids to play? Will all that be allowed?

Do you think seats were assigned in order (emails) recieved or do you think they are given out as picked up?

I'm bringing everything that will be allowed since my 8yo DD has to be entertained by me and her sister is bringing a friend. Maybe she'll get her Sunshine reading done! I will ask what all is allowed when I pick up the tickets on 4/29 and make plans from there.

Anyone who went last year... I'm 18 and love this disney channel stuff... I have field tickets and was wondering what is a good real time to get to the concert to have a good view because my 21 year old brother is going with me and not into the stuff as much as I am so I need a reasonable time to give him...thats not so ridiculously early... THANK SOOOOO MUCH!!!!

Just read some GREAT news on the Popstar! Myspace. The Jonas Brothers confirmed they'll be at the games, and each brother will be on a different team!

Popstar! magazine just posted this, after they had gotten off the phone with the boys:
