Well we have reached an agreement with DCL.

I must say that the way they have solved it exceeded my expectations. I really want to thank DCL to solve it for us in such a good way. Now I am a very happy "guest" that will travel with DCL again for sure!!




We did not get any Suite, so... MUN I was out of luck this time!

They offered me a very good economical agreement (I'm afraid I will not be able to tell the specifics about it).

Glad DCL did the right thing. Also glad you are not allowed to discuss it. I believe companies are less willing to negotiate if they think the specifics of the deal are going to be made public...then everyone would want the same outcome for their problem and that is just not feasible.

You don't have to give details. But just knowing there is room to negotiate with DCL is helpful for those in similar situations.
