Disney changed my planner...Need to know about my new planner

Hi Everyone

Ok so.... I got my planner last week and it was Pamela Maddick. I got am email from her yesterday that said she is going to have to give my wedding to someone else because she has a wedding on the day of are planning session. When they assigned Pamela to us did they not look at the day the planning session was scheduled and her schedule. Also when she left me a voicemail she said she saw we had a planning session scheduled for October 3rd. So she new about it. I hope this is not a sign how things are going to go .

Ok so enough complaining. My new planner is Maxine Pollakis. Has anyone had her? Could you tell me how you like her? Thank you for reading this long post to get to my question

We have Maxine and I love her!! She is full of energy and has several years of experience. We just had our planning session and she was very helpful about ways to save money and make us a guest at our wedding. Check our my PJ for the full report.

I find phone messages are the easiest way to get ahold of her or her assistant Alix. E-mail takes a week or so to get a response since she is rarely in the office.
