I recently finished chemotherapy treatments for a cancer diagnosis I received some time ago and am cancer free! To celebrate - my DH and I are going back to the World in December.
Anyone who has ever been through cancer (as a survivor or a caregiver) knows hte toll it can take. I am planning to thank my husband for being my primary caregiver with any amazing private dining experience while we are on vacation. I have been working with Disney Catering to plan a special event. I have been leaning toward an Illuminations Dinner Party for us. They suggested UK Pubside or Bonsai Terrace (leaning toward UK - seems more private). They also said they could break up the meal and have us attend a Candlelight Processional in between courses (date depending of course). They have been incredibly helpful and since we have so much time have helped me come up with with some ideas - but said they could accomodate most requests within reason if I wanted to suggest something....
There are SO many possibilities about what we could do - but I thought my fellow DISBoarders could help me come up with some neat ideas for a truly special and unique private dining experience (preferably in a park). Whether it's Epcot or otherwise - anyone have some ideas or past experiences they'd like to share?
Thanks so much!
