Is this new wording? I remember it saying complimentary transportation to resort hotels when I was planning my August 2024 trip. (I didn’t end up going to the car care center, so not 100% sure.)

Interesting. In the past we have always had free transportation to our hotel from the center. If they start taking people to the TTC that’s a significant change in convenience.

@HeiHei2018 I'm unsure and the way back machine doesn't show any helpful site grabs.

If you ask me its CYA language, sort of we'll get to you when we get to you, sounds like "if you want to get to your hotel quick take Uber."

We mostly stayed at Swan/Dolphin so we dropped off their and once at one of the other hotels as it was closer to uber back to POFQ.

I just used them a few weeks ago...dropped off car and was driven back to resort...I tipped a few bucks but free otherwise. Then I arranged a pickup from the Dolphin to be taken there to rent another car later in week. Arranging the pickup is recommended.
