Disney called regarding my "unfavorable visit"...

in December. I emailed guest services in January regarding our visit in December and described to them in detail about our stay. I received a call back in 2 weeks from wonderful Wendy who apologized profusely and offered us 10% off of our bill in the form of a check. We weren't going to go back for a while, so we didn't take advantage of the comeback rate. I posted this previously. Well, after I posted, someone, and I can't remember who, but THANK YOU!, suggested I email them again and ask them if we could get the comeback rate now. So I did and they just now called and said "under normal circumstances we would not be able to do this, but we see here in our notes that you did have some problems and yes we would like to offer you the comeback rate.! So I booked and we're going back in December!!!! This time is was Wonderful Casey! Gosh I love Disney. Thanks for the advice!
