told us the rehab at teppanakyi(SP) is going to take longer that expected so we switched to coral reef.

They did give us VIP seating at illuminations for the trouble? Where is the VIP seating and what is it like.

There are a few places the VIP viewing can be. However I am certain you will be pleased! We have had Illuminations VIP viewing in the past.
You will need to show your voucher to get in the area. If there is seating ,it will probably be very sparce. There really won't be a bad view. You will be standing with several others most likely.

Yep, we were contacted today and rescheduled for Le Cellier for lunch as well as the Illumination VIP viewing. Does anyone know if you need to be arrive for the VIP viewing by a certain time before the show? We will be pushing it to get there from our dinner at Coral Reef that night and if we need to be there early we probably won't make it....

We were told that the VIP seating was between the two towers. Does that area sound familiar to anyone? I have no idea where that could be.

We had dinner reservations for August 24th and they were able to get us Le Cellier that night for dinner instead. I was thrilled!!! The VIP for Illuminations is where Future World and World Showcase meet, I think there are two shops there. Can't wait!!!

we were also offered the vip viewing (there is no seating from what i understand, just a boat dock w/an unobstructed view)... we were told to enter across from rose & crown... we need to give our confirm # to the cm at san angel (where we chose to have dinner) and will get our vouchers along w/instructions on where to go...

Teppan Edo might not be done until at least October. I've mentioned that on other message boards, I made a backup reservation for late October but haven't cancelled anything.

I was bummed about the cancellation - I want an onion volcano -- but they switched me to LeCelliar for dinner that night and gave me VIP illuminations too! I can't tell you how much my son and I wanted to eat there this trip. We had ressies last year and my brother and his wife insisted we change to Hoopdeedoo for that night, and we couldnt switch them. But Lecelliar is prime too!

We, too, got the VIP view of Illuminations because of the Japan restaurants. We were switched to LeCell at 640p. They said the location is between Canada and UK which means probably a boat dock? Who cares - an unobstructed view!!!

Seven more days - and I can't wait!!
