Nope, ILM and Skywalker Sound are included. Imagineering + ILM... scary awesome.
Yup, and LucasArts as well.
This could be very interesting...

ILM presumably remains separate.
I think ILM is included
From Variety: Deal not only gives Disney control of the "Star Wars" franchise -- whose films have earned a total of $4.4 billion in global box to date -- but also Lucasfilm's live action film production, consumer products, animation, visual effects, and audio post production units
Lucasfilm, headquartered in San Francisco, operates under the names Lucasfilm Ltd., LucasArts, Industrial Light & Magic, and Skywalker Sound, and the present intent is for Lucasfilm employees to remain in their current locations.
It's fun to see the Disney Nerd and Star Wars Nerd Worlds collide right here on these boards.
I am soooo looking forward to the "Howard the Duck" ride!!!

There's the blog entry. Being that Avengers made about 40% of the cost of Marvel at the box office alone, seems that is Disney's strategy again. Buy LucasFilm, make a few movies, and it's all paid for without even accounting for theme park/merchandise.
Savvy move Iger. Someone is thinking about his legacy.
Seventh film coming in 2015 and 8th and 9th each two years later.
Sounds good to me!
I posted this on another thread but I believe that was always supposed to be the plan. There would be 9 episodes released in the order of 4,5,6,1,2,3,7,8,9. The second trilogy took a while so it was assumed that the last 3 would either not be made or be made after Lucas sold or died. Quite frankly I think someone other than Lucas should be making the next 3.
