Disney buy points back ?

I'm new at this, but boy am I glad I found this site. I LOVE all things disney and I am trying to talk DH into buying a part of disney. Regarding resale, if Disney buys back points do they resell them? Thanks in advance for any help you could give me. I am hoping to buy something before end of year. Almost have DH talked into this. Mickey, I am almost HOME.

If DVC buys back the points, they are offered to existing members looking for add-ons. For prospective new members, the only thing available directly from DVC is Saratoga Springs Resort.
