First time visiting with a baby... Do you have to fold the stroller each time you use a bus around the resort or can you bring it on as is?

Title should say buses. ;)

It should be folded each time. You might notice people not folding their stroller, but think about how much space that takes up on (what could be) a crowded bus.

Has to be folded. Do yourself a favor and bring a lightweight one. We needed a double and had our maclaren twin and it's pretty compact for a double

you must fold it.

i would recommend bringing one that easily folds without too much time and hassle and one that is not too bulky.

Yes they have to be folded. And I think there is a sticker on each bus showing that. You may want to bring a large tote along, so you can put anything that ended up in your stroller into the tote so that the stroller is easy to fold.

Keep in mind that each bus holds more people standing up than it does sitting down. So have a stroller that is lightweight and easy to hold on to, as you may have to stand, hold the stroller, and hold your child.

They have to be folded. I highly recommend practicing before the bus gets to the stop. I know that sounds silly but I have watched so many families struggling to get their stuff out of the stroller, holding the baby(or toddler) and fold up the stroller in a hurry because they are holding up the line to get on the bus. Don't wait until it is your turn to get on the bus to get everything out.

I'll echo what the others say in that strollers must be folded on buses. I will add that if you can put the brakes on the stroller while folding, that makes it much easier to lean the stroller against your legs (and hold it with one hand) without it rolling away.

After watching so many people really struggle because of not thinking about this...I really urge you to keep what you put under the stroller in control. Have nothing loose. Have things in easily carried bags.

In fact, don't rely on the stroller storage for anything. You really don't want to leave anything in the stroller when you park it to go on rides or have a meal, etc, because, well, why would you leave your personal belongings completely unattended while around 10s of 1000s of total strangers? Make sure you take only what can be carried. That should make bus-time easier.

This is my second child so I'm very much into taking only what we need and not the entire kitchen sink like with #1 ;). And I sell thirty-one so I have no issue finding appropriate and convenient bags to put stuff in :P

Please, as a public service type thing...I'm going to ask that anyone using a stroller and the buses should know how to fold up their stroller quickly! Do not be that parent that takes their kids out of the stroller as they get to the door of the bus, then tries to figure out how to fold the darn thing up and not drop all the stuff you've shoved into it all over the ground! Yes, it happens a lot! Other guests really appreciate a family that has one parent take the kids out before the bus gets there, while the other parent folds up the stroller and is ready to board the bus.
Another note....if you are the parent (usually the dad) that has the folded stroller...please, please, please don't stop in the middle of the bus so you can stand beside your family. Please keep moving to the back of the bus, to where there is a lot more room for strollers. Those that feel the need to stay beside their family, with that huge folded up stroller, usually make it so that a lot of guests are going to be left at the bus stop!!! The driver asks people to move back, but they can't because of the strollers blocking their way! So, there are empty spaces at the rear of the bus, but no one can get to them.
