The driver was airlifted to hospital and has already had surgery - I think that qualifies as a little bit more than a tiny shunt.

Right - there was next to no information as it had literally only just happened.

We all know the litigious nature of the US but I think I'd at least hold off taking a pot shot at them until I knew how bad the crash was.

I can make whatever comment I want to make, at any time regarding any situation. With hindsight, my comment might seem insensitive knowing that the driver was seriously injured. I know that the speed limits are very low on Disney property, so I anticipated that the accident would probably not have been as severe as it appears it may now have been. These are open discussion boards for people to express any opinion they want on any subject. Please don't launch a personal attack at me for expressing my initial thoughts on an incident before further information has become available, as I don't appreciate your self-righteous tone.
