Is there a bus that runs from Animal Kingdom park to Downtown Disney?

There are no direct buses between any theme park and Downtown Disney. It would be necessary to switch buses at a resort.

Best suggestion from me: Take the bus from Animal Kingdom to Saratoga Springs. Get off at the Congress Park bus stop and walk the path (about 5 min) to Downtown. That would probably be the quickest way.
