Disney Bus service for early breakfast

I've made several reservations for breakfast before park opening, but how do we get to the park an hour before it officially opens? Do we need to rent a car after all?

The buses will be running, just not very frequently. What ADRs do you have?

We always have a couple of pre-park opening breakfasts. If we have an ADR for 8:00am, we try to be at the bus stop of our resort (usually POFQ) by 6:55am. Usually we arrive at the park by 7:20am or so, lots of time to check in for breakfast reservation. As Maxiesmom mentioned, they are just not as frequent. If it is an early breakfast at a resort, it is a bit more difficult (for example, 1900 Park Fare breakfast or 'Ohana, we are more likely to take a cab) because you would need to transfer to another bus/boat/monorail and I'm not sure how early monorail/boats run.

If park opens at 8 a.m. there will be a bus that shows up at every hotel at 7 a.m. We always made sure we were at the bus stop ten minutes before 7 like the previous poster said. Don't worry about it being full or anything as many times we were the only family getting on it. You just don't want to miss it because I think the next one is usually 7:30 and you will be running not walking to your ressie if you get on it.

Disney starts the buses early for ADRs/Tours.

"First bus times" vary a little from day to day,but they are "usually" between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM.

Here are "first bus times" on one of my days at All-Star Sports during a trip(The 6:09 AM MK bus that day was very unusual-it's usually much closer to 6:30 AM).

I have an 8:05 ADR at MK but am staying off site. Will they be running the ferry or monorail that early? If we have to catch a bus, where do we catch it?

The resort monorail starts running some mornings at 7:30. If the monorail isn't running yet, the TTC will have buses.
