Disney bus question

Can you still take the Bus from DS only to any of the Disney parks.
My Dh says yes, I'm saying no.

There is no direct bus service from Disney Springs to the theme parks.

There are no buses from DS to the parks.

You can get a bus from a park to DS after 4:00 pm

Disney doesn't intend for the parking garage to be a parks parking area, and that's exactly what people would turn it into.
