Disney book question - "Inside the head"?

I need some help here please. My wife remembers reading a book about 10 years ago about the life of a Disney character in the theme park written by a former employee (disgruntled?). It was called "Inside the head" (from what my wife remembers).I have done legwork on this, but cannot find anything. I even called Barnes & Noble and other stores but know one seems to know anything about this.
I told my wife and she insists she read it.

Does anyone recall this book and maybe have the author or ISBN number?

Any opinions on how the book was?

Is it maybe called Inside the Mouse? I haven't read it, but I googled and that's what I came up with.

I am going to move this to the Theme Parks Community Board since may not have gotten your answer here. I would definitely check out the Inside the Mouse though.
