What sort of freebies does disney give for birthdays and do i need to make sure I have id with birthday on it? Im turning 26, my Dsis is turning 11, and my dm and Da will be turning 50 all within our 8 day trip.

ID or birth certificate. I know the meals they give cupcakes and sometimes ice cream. Crystal palace gave my son crayons, coloring book, and playing cards.
Chef Mickeys, a special placemat and card.

Birthday buttons...that's it for guaranteed "freebies". You can get them at your resort front desk (if you are staying on property).

Anything else is hit or miss. There really are wayyy too many guests in WDW on any given day who are celebrating something....too many for WDW to acknowledge them all.

Some of the table-service restaurants may bring out a free cupcake, but you just never know. We have gone to WDW often on my DD's b-day and I've always ordered & prepaid for whatever I've wanted done on her b-day (cake, balloons, etc).

*And I believe Chef Mickey's has done away with the Free B-day placemat. At least they had when we dined there earier this year. No one there got one...just the cupcake.
