Disney Birthday for an adult?

DW will be having a B-Day while we are in WDW again this year. Two years ago, I got Jane and the Pixies to deliver a birthday package to her in the park.

Anyone have an idea of what I could do to surprise her this year? We already have a reservation for Hoop De Do that evening. I am looking for something very special to surprise her with.

Is there a way to get a pre-arranged gift pack delivered to the room while we are gone?? The only set-back to getting gifts in the park, is carrying them around all day.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
