The list is great. I just want to make clear that I will be happy to send an email to anyone who posts here or sends an Email address through PM but I am not the author of the list. Someone has taken great pain in compiling the messages from different posts and tip sites to make this list.

I would love to thank the original author of the list. I started to make a similar list because I am just as nuts as the author but then I came across the list in PDF form. If you follow the first post on this thread you will see that someone asked for help recovering the lost file and I jumped in to help.

(I think there are still three users on Disboard I have not sent it to)
