Disney Beginnings?

I saw this referenced in a thread on the restaurant boards....what is the "Disney Beginnings Promotion?"

It's a new promotion to get parents to bring their toddlers to Disney -- emphasizing that you're never too young for Disney magic. I saw a 2 page spread ad in People magazine, and I've read another post somewhere on the boards. I read that in Aug/Sept, Disney will have Wiggles appearances. They also said something about opening Fantasyland an hour early. I think the new Playhouse Disney meal at MGM plays into this too. I don't know if it's a temporary promo or a long term thing like Magical Gatherings.
