Disney Bear Stocking question...

I have a Disney Bear stocking that I just listed on eBay. I have had 2 different people email me to take down the listing so they could BIN. I figured I would get about $30 for it, but they are offering over $100 for this stocking! I have tried looking everywhere but other then one other one that is listed on eBay I can't find any info on the bear.

Can anyone help me figure out what this bear is worth? Here is a picture of him!

If you have 2 people who want to pay so much, you are golden! It is worth what people will pay for it. You should let the auction run and see what happens, IMHO.

Asking a buyer to pull an auction means they want to get an item for less than it would go for at auction. (unless they need the item really fast, and want the listing to end early for that reason only)

My husband wont let me pull the item! He said it would be breaking eBay rules. I pretty much begged him! The highest offer was $150 and the bear is only at $31 so far. We will see how it goes. I hope I get $100 for it! We only paid $18 and we have had it for 7 years.

They both had pretty much the same story, "I've missed out on this item before and I don't want to miss out on it again. I'll give you $$$ to end the auction now." They both had a lot of feedback so I think they were legit!

It's going to be a long 3 days!

If they are experienced Ebayers, expect them "skipe" their bids at the last possible second.....

Let us know how high it goes, we are curious.

I hope that you told them that there are other people asking to BIN this item. That will get them all hyped up and lets hope people jump the gun a little and start posting early. But for something hard to find like that. The true collector will wait to the last second. I hope you plan on watching the last 15minutes of this auction. I think I am going to search it and watch it as well now!

I kind of wish I would have taken the offer! One of them ended up winning, it went for $103.50. Since I bought him at Property Control for half of the sticker price I am happy with it! He was used and had no tags!

I have a much loved pre Duffy bear that I bought at PC at about the same time. My cousin just sold hers for $1250!! We paid $5 for them. My son used and abused his bear. If only I had known the potential value!

those pre-duffy bears especially the diff colored ones are super HTF and really bring in big bucks! I've sold a few for $500-800 a piece! some new with tags; some used. if you open your auctions to overseas buyers esp Japan you will truly make some great money on your bears
