It amazes me that we need laws to prohibit stupidity. One would think that anyone with half a brain knows you can't safely text and drive. Mass has just instituted a no texting while driving law.
I do know that a relative, by marriage, of mine is a cop in Florida. this person actually was texting as they drove us down 95 to Miami Beach. Seriously??? Texting at 80 mph???? I was horrified. One would think a cop would know better.
