What do you usually wear to the world?
I usually go with a tank top, jeans, shorts, flip flops, or hightops. What do you usually wear?

It depends on when we go. We usually go in June/July and I wear shorts, a tank top (ones with the thin little straps) and sneakers or flip flops. But if you are going in the winter months it can get cooler than you would assume it to be so you might need a light jacket or sweatshirt and pants.

i've been there in Oct, Nov, and Jan and every time i've been very comfortable in jeans and t-shirts. actually a few of the days i had to roll my sleeves up (yes very cool looking ;) ). even at night i was fine in t-shirts. but i really do think it depends on when you go. i couldn't imagine wearing pants in July...i think i'd die from a heat stroke. haha!

In May, we plan to wear shorts, t-shirts/tanks, and comfy shoes (crocs, tennis shoes and some water sandals/tennis shoes). Pretty much most of our clothing will be of the 'dry quickly' variety -- so water shorts (basically quick dry hiking shorts) for the DH and light-weight shorts/capris for me.

Sunglasses, comfortable shoes, and lots of sunscreen!!!:goodvibes

Who could ever forget that! (Well maybe DH would like he did one time. Long story short he came home from the park in the middle of july looking like a red lobster!)

It depends on the time of year. For our upcoming trip, I am planning to wear shorts the majority of the time, but will take some jeans, in case it turns cooler than expected. Last night, I purchased some new t-shirts at Walmart. I had purchased some embroidered character patches off of eBay and at Spencers that I wanted to use for our trip.

I am using the screaming Pumbaa face for the shirt that I wear on my 40th. lol I have Timon, Lilo & Stitch, I Love Jack, Mushu & Crickee, Pumbaa, and my ultimate favorite the little green alien man from Toy Story! I am going to use them on the new t-shirts so that I can make the shirts a bit more festive. I have them drying on hangers right now. Once they are dry, I am going to iron the patches on and fold them until I need them for the trip!

As for shoes, it's the usual, a combo of New Balance shoes, some sort of comfy sandal, and sandals for the pool.

I will pack my Donald Duck hoodie jacket in case it turns cooler too.

I am really looking forward to this trip! Maggie

My family (DH, DD12, DS9, & I) wear matching WDW t-shirts & black shorts every day of our trip.

Our trips are 7-9 days long & we've got about a dozen matching sets of WDW tees, long-sleeved tees, & sweatshirts. It makes packing VERY easy. I just pack all the matching shirts and about 5 pairs of black shorts. I also bring a pair of navy blue shorts for each of us because we have a few shirts that look better with navy, than black.

If we hit a cool day, we all wear jeans & our long-sleeved tees.

The matching shirts look great in the pictures!!

we usually go september/october - i'll wear a tank top, skort and sneakers with a visor - keeps me cool and comfortable

I'll be sporting skirts with bike shorts underneath and some homemade shirts (using iron-patches) this August. The skirts to feel cool and the shorts will prevent chafing. Of course, I'll have a pair of Disney crocs to complete the whole ensemble. :cutie:

I try to co ordinate what the kids are wearing, ie put them in the same colour shirt.

As for me, I try to look nice, some dressy casual shorts/skorts and a nice top, sandals, and hair done in the least messy fashion!!! nothing worse than looking horrid in your pictures and hating every one of them.....
:cutie:

Flip Fops :rolleyes2

It was better left as a thought for me...a few blisters after a day wearing those and I HAD to wear socks and tennies the rest of the week.

As long as it's Disney, matching, and weather appropriate, it's wearable!

Having only visited WDW in warm months;

Shorts, comfy moccasins, a tacky Hawaiian shirt (preferably a Disney design) and matching ball cap! Look for me from 4/7 - 4/11. If you see a guy and say "look at that shirt!", it's probably me!:lmao:

Easter @ CSR  15 days and counting!!!:cool1:

its funny..I have a "Disney" wardrobe.

I wear shorts always...cotton khakis...

and I have about 10 assorted Disney tees, tanks, and polos that I have bought over the years at the parks. I buy at least 1-2 new ones every trip.

I take all those every trip. it really makes packing for disney easy.

My DH is the same way.

As a rule ... t-shirt/tank top (depending on the humidity), shorts, good walking shoes (essential!) with those short socks, baseball cap and sunglasses. And a lightweight string backpack, for carrying things like suncream and water.

I have to admit Disney is the only place DH & I try to coordinate....not sure why that happens to us at Disney.:)

Me too! I usually pack alot of either khaki or black shorts and then pair them with Disney T's (that I never wear anywhere but WDW). I then pack my Teva Mush flip flops and a few other pairs that I'm trying out for that trip (Crocs, Reefs, or whatever). However, I usually always wind up in a pair of Teva Mush. Lots of sunscreen and body glide with minimum makeup.

We go in August so I usually go to the parks NEKKID!!! ;) Just kidding...I don't really streak through the world, but I feel like it on some of those wicked hot days!!!

I usually wear a little sundress, TONS of sunscreen and either birks or teva mush flip flops...I also do skirts and tanks. Shorts make me sweaty! Of course I always have the hat or visor and sunglasses cuz one must look "chic" while cruising through Disneyworld!!!

always: - cross body purse or fanny pack

hot weather: - khaki shorts or linen capris
- linen camp shirt or t-shirt
- sneakers or comfy sandals
- packable straw hat

cooler weather: - capris or jeans
- short sleeved t-shirt
- windbreaker and/or sweater
- sneakers

cold weather: same as cooler weather, plus coat and gloves

I try to pack neat clothes, so if I end up in a nicer restaurant I don't feel out of place. I never get character clothing, because I never wear it outside of WDW. I pack neutral colors, because I refuse to check luggage and take a small carry-on suitcase. Helpful to packing light is to pack a t-shirt dress as a nightgown, or a swimsuit cover up as a robe, so you have it in a pinch. :goodvibes
