Disney at Christmas... perfect, Disney with friends...priceless! A December 2024 Susan and Caroline adventure! updated x 3 and complete 07/01!

Of course the People Mover was on the agenda!
How could it not be?!
Poor Caroline had almost completely lost her voice by this point....
Ugh, not the very best way to end a trip, but it sure looks like you both had fun regardless.
Meanwhile I was happy to drink a beer in the warm sunshine. I knew what weather I was going home to after all!
A cool drink the warm sunshine is the best when winter sucks at home.
The tree at Boulder Ridge almost looks like it has arms with the boughs and lights on the railing behind it.
LOL!! It kinda does!

I'm so glad I had three magical trips in 2024 as there won't be one for the next few years. However there's a beautiful world to explore and Disney Parks in them. First up is Disneyland Paris in just 46 days! I'll be posting a PTR/TR combo shortly so please come on over and join in the fun of planning new adventures.
Love all your Christmassy photos. You ladies look so happy and festive. I love all things Christmas and those trees are all beautiful. Someday I will be at WDW at Christmas but like you it won’t be for a few years so I totally get how you’re feeling
I’m excited to hear all about your DLP trip and will be eagerly following along. My daughter and I hope to take her wee ones there in 2026/27 depending on when Frozenland ( and possibly Lion King area) opens.

Caroline and I were off to the Christmas party this evening and had the best time!
Woot! :woohoo:
The stilt walkers near the party entrance were amazing!
I'm impressed by anyone who walks on stilts in a crowd.

It must be done. :thumbsup2
A night time Jungle Cruise is always fun!
Was it still Jungle Cruise? Not yet Jingle?
Either way... it is fun at night. :)
Nice shot of you both. :)

How we felt by the end of the night......
Awww... all tuckered out.

(cute shot :))
Caroline cleaned the floor with me again on Toy Story Midway Mania.
Note to self...
Do go on it with Susan... do not go on it with Caroline.
Of course we had to go see The Muppets. While I know the Monsters Inc area is going to be amazing I am sad to lose this area.
<sigh>
I know... things evolve and change, but... always sad to see 'em go.
Next up was our meet with Santa....no one is ever too old to meet Santa after all!
::yes::
We ended our Studios time with a visit to a creepy hotel...
Only problem with those old hotels is sometimes the elevators don't work very well.
:lmao:
One hand in the air... the other firmly holding on for dear life!
Poor Caroline had almost completely lost her voice by this point....
Poor thing. :(
Meanwhile I was happy to drink a beer in the warm sunshine. I knew what weather I was going home to after all!
::yes::
I went for the turkey sandwich with Caesar salad while Caroline had the burger and fries.
Both look good... and huge!
Many, many Christmas trees.....I had a hard time picking a favourite this year.
They're all so nicely done.
Nice photo of you. :)
The tree at Boulder Ridge almost looks like it has arms with the boughs and lights on the railing behind it.
It does! Animatronic Xmas tree.
Sounds like it should be in The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Sadly all good things must come to an end and it was time for me to head to MCO for my flight home.
Nooooooooo...
First up is Disneyland Paris in just 46 days!
Not too far away, now!
I'll be posting a PTR/TR combo shortly so please come on over and join in the fun of planning new adventures.
Make sure you post a link! :)
Love these shots of you both. :)
Not sure why, but really like this one too.
Great shot!

Nomad Lounge always looks so lovely. I’d hate to bother relaxing adults with my littles, but I’m sure they’d enjoy the churros even if not the rest of the menu. Susan’s drink also looked delicious!

I finally tried The Boathouse on our last trip and also enjoyed the burger and fries. We sat at almost the same table outside and it was lovely.

I’m glad you both enjoyed another excellent trip together! It looks like you had so much fun. I hope you’re able to continue the tradition in future years. :goodvibes
