Hi all, has anyone ever used Disney Area Home 3150 Vineland Hwy Kissimmee
any info appreciated

Just did a search for this - not much info on the houses

You may be better trying www.vrbo.com or www.greatrentals.com and check out individual houses, in the Kissimmee area, direct from the owners. That way you know exactly which house you are getting and in what development. Most owners have their own websites with photos and 360 tours.

Just had a further look on google and the address is also shown for All Welcome Homes which seems to be a management company

Seems to be an address close to North Poincaina Boulevard, do you have the postcode or know what development the villa is at? Not that I will have stayed there but may be able to view the home perhaps and advise further.

Thanks for trying to help me out here guys.The house was booked through Winter sunshine holidays who i told were a reputable company and its a 3 bed pool home.Johnny the full adress i have for the management company is
3150 Vineland Hwy 535 Kissimmee 34746.
I sent an e-mail a couple of weeks ago re location,pool heating etc so far ive had no reply so i thought i would ask you guys if you know anything about them before i ring them to see if i can get any answers.
I appreciate you taking the time to advice me

The address is a management company and they will almost certainly allocate you a home on arrival which means you won't get a lot of info before you land in Florida as they may not know themselves where you will be much before hand.
