Disney Approved Our Resale, Woohoo!!!

It took less than two weeks for Disney to say OK. Here's the details: $70/pt OKW, Dec Use Year, all 2001 pts banked, all 2002 pts currently avail, all 2003 pts avail, we pay closing and 2003 dues (no dues on prior year's points), # of points doesn't matter (it was >150). We bought from the Timeshare Store and Pat Spell said $70 seems to be the magic #. Given the "triple" points available on this resale, she wasn't sure if Disney would exercise or not, they didn't.

We are so excited - and with the triple points, what a deal (we think anyway).
